Dr. Matt Wilding, D.C.
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, and made my way to the United States to attend
Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I earned both my bachelor's degree in
human biology and my doctor of chiropractic degree. I graduated in 1998 and have been
practicing right here in North Carolina ever since.
From day one, I've believed that true healing goes beyond adjustments. That's why I've always incorporated dietary and lifestyle guidance, clinical nutrition, and a functional medicine approach alongside chiropractic care. My goal is simple: help my patients achieve the greatest positive changes in the shortest time, with the least expense.
I'm a perpetual student at heart. Over the years, I've completed extensive post-graduate training in nutrition, functional medicine, functional neurology, and immunology—and I'm always pursuing the next level of education to bring the most current and effective therapies to my patients.
Right now, my greatest passion is regenerative medicine. I'm fascinated by the body's capacity to heal itself when given the right support, which is why I've built my practice around advanced therapeutic modalities: shockwave therapy, laser therapy, whole body photobiomodulation, whole body cryotherapy, soft tissue manipulation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Each patient receives an individualized protocol designed around their unique needs and goals.
When I'm not in the office, you'll often find me doing more of the same—diving into research, exploring emerging therapies, and figuring out how to bring cutting-edge services to the people I serve. For me, the pursuit of knowledge isn't just professional development. It's what gets me excited to come to work every day.
If you're looking for a chiropractor who combines nearly three decades of experience with a genuine commitment to staying ahead of the curve, I'd love to help you on your health journey

Dr. Todd Muhr, D.C.
I’ve been helping people live healthier, more active lives through
chiropractic care since 1996. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of
serving patients in Minnesota, Texas, and now right here in North
Carolina. Along the way, I've completed advanced training and am
board-eligible in both Chiropractic Orthopedics and Functional
Neurology—giving me a deeper understanding of how the body
moves, heals, and thrives.
But beyond credentials, what matters most to me is connection. My practice has always been family-focused, welcoming everyone from newborns getting their very first adjustment to seniors looking to stay mobile, active, and pain-free. Each stage of life brings unique challenges, and it’s my passion to help people feel their best— whether that means easing a colicky baby’s discomfort, helping an athlete recover faster, or supporting someone’s journey toward healthy aging
I believe chiropractic care should feel personal, approachable, and empowering. When you walk through my door, you’re not just another patient—you’re part of a practice that truly cares about your health, your goals, and your quality of life. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who combines experience, advanced training, and genuine care for every member of the family, I’d love to meet you.

Dr. Keith S. Kinsley, D.C.
Born and raised in Colorado, I grew up in a family of six and spent most of my life in Colorado Springs. My decision to serve in the military-and eventually become a Chiropractor-was made as early as the eighth grade. Those early experiences, along with personal encounters with healthcare at a young age, shaped how I approach patient care today.
Before entering chiropractic practice, I served 20 years in the Army as a combat medic through combined active duty and Army National Guard service. My tours included assignments in the United States, Germany, Iraq and the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. Military medicine reinforced the importance of adaptability, precision, and treating each individual according to their unique needs-principles that remain central to my clinical philosophy.
I do not believe in a one-size fits-all approach to healthcare. My focus is on whole-person health, integrating traditional chiropractic techniques with modern technology, clinical nutrition, and collaboration with like-minded practitioners. My primary clinical interests are nutrition and neurology-two rapidly evolving fields that highlight how deeply interconnected the body’s systems truly are. The more I learn, the more tools I can offer to help patients not only feel better, but function better.
I am confident and comfortable treating patients of all ages, and I am committed to delivering care that is thoughtful, individualized, and evidence-informed. What drew me to Chiropractic Advantage was a shared commitment to advanced modalities, patient-first care, and clinical excellence.
I continually pursue higher levels of competency-not for credentials, but because my patients in Wayne County and beyond deserve the highest standard of care. If you are looking for a provider who listens carefully, integrates multiple approaches, and is deeply invested in your long-term outcomes, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
